Department Manager

About the role

The successful candidate will manage weekly shifts, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit. They will oversee multiple departments, including the Guest Service, Kitchen, and People Departments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Guest Service Department delivers a great customer experience, manages sales promotions effectively, trains service staff, and organizes the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Ensure the Kitchen Department delivers high-quality food to customers promptly, maintains food safety standards, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• Ensure the People Department hires qualified employees, trains them well, and schedules them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals. Provide new employees with a good start and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

• Must be 18 or older.
• Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is preferred.
• Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Competitive pay of up to $18.00 per hour, along with a range of benefits including:
