About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a McDonald’s restaurant, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience. It includes responsibilities such as managing staff, training, and maintaining food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
  • Manage assigned Systems, such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
  • Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
  • Make sure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and maintains food safety standards.
  • Train kitchen staff in production procedures and new menu items.
  • Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
  • Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

  • Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedules and a passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to apply for this position.
