Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience
• Train and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Support new hires and motivate employees throughout their tenure

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace
• Must be 18 years or older to apply
