Responsibilities

• Lead shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience.
• Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to team members and other managers.
• Guest Service Department: Ensure crew and managers deliver great customer experiences, execute sales promotions effectively, train service staff in procedures, and keep Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive‑Thru areas organized.
• Kitchen Department: Deliver high‑quality, fast food, maintain food safety, control food costs, and train kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department: Hire qualified crew, provide thorough training, schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals, and ensure crew receive proper onboarding, recognition, and motivation.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule who enjoys a fun, fast‑paced environment.
• Passion for delivering excellent service in a high‑volume setting.
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in corporate‑owned and operated restaurants.
