Responsibilities
Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience. Some managers also lead specific departments, with responsibilities that may include:
- Guest Service Department Manager: Overseeing crew and managers to deliver a great customer experience, executing sales promotions, training service staff, and organizing the Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Ensuring the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly and safely, controlling food costs, training kitchen staff on production procedures, and implementing new menu items.
- People Department Manager: Hiring qualified crew, training and scheduling them to meet sales and profit goals, ensuring a positive start for new employees, and keeping the team motivated and recognized.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our restaurants.
