Requirements
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers get a fast, accurate, friendly experience every visit
- Manage assigned Departments (Guest Service, Kitchen, or People) with responsibilities that may include:
- Guest Service Department Manager: ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train all service staff in service procedures, and organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for best service
- Kitchen Department Manager: ensure delivery of great quality food to customers fast, maintain food safety, control food cost, and train all kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items
- People Department Manager: hire qualified crew, train them well, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, ensure new Crew get off to a good start, and keep them recognized and motivated
- Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results back to team and other managers
- Be a positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for the fast-paced McDonald’s environment
- Be 18 years or older
Qualifications
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
