Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Manage assigned departments such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Ensure all service staff are trained in service procedures
• Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals
• Develop and motivate the team to achieve high standards

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment preferred
• Positive attitude and flexibility with scheduling
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Possess POS and Microsoft Office computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• High standards and a commitment to continuous improvement
