Department Manager

About the role

The role is vital to the restaurant's operations. Department Managers lead shifts and may manage specific departments such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, Guest Service, Kitchen, People, or Operations. Key responsibilities include:

• Training: Lead employee training programs.
• Food Safety: Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance.
• Inventory Management: Supervise inventory levels and new menu items.
• Guest Service: Support the General Manager in achieving high standards of service.
• Kitchen: Manage food quality, cost, and new menu items.
• People: Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Service: Organize service areas for optimal efficiency.

Requirements

Qualifications
