About the role

The role involves leading shifts and departments in a McDonald’s restaurant. Managers ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience, manage staff training, and maintain food safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts to ensure a fast, accurate, and friendly customer experience.
• Manage assigned Systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management.
• Set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, and report results to teams and other managers.
• Ensure the Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
• Make sure the restaurant delivers high-quality food and maintains food safety standards.
• Control food costs and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
• Hire, train, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals.
• Support new employees and motivate them throughout their tenure.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
• A positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility with scheduling.
• Must be 18 years or older.
