Department Manager

• Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver excellent customer experiences, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
• Kitchen Department Manager: Oversee food quality, safety, and speed, control food costs, and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
• People Department Manager: Hire and train qualified crew, create schedules to meet sales and profit goals, and ensure crew recognition and motivation.

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule and passion for a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
