Department Manager

About the role

We are looking for outstanding leaders to join our team as Shift Managers. Successful candidates will have ridiculously strong people skills, as serving, coaching, and developing a diverse team is central to the role. You’ll uphold McDonald’s high standards in quality, service, cleanliness, and value while fostering a "Beat Yesterday" attitude of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage people, product, and equipment to execute outstanding Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Value on assigned shifts.
• Train and coach team members to deliver exceptional results.
• Uphold McDonald’s brand standards and company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Flexible scheduling to meet the needs of the restaurant (364 days a year, including weekends, holidays, and some 24-hour shifts).
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.

Pay

Up to $20/hour, plus a monthly bonus program up to $3,600 a year.
