- Maintain organization in Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Kitchen Department Manager
- Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly and safely.
- Control food costs and train kitchen staff on production procedures, including new menu items.
- People Department Manager
- Hire and train qualified Crew to meet sales and profit goals.
- Schedule staff effectively and ensure Crew are recognized and motivated.
- Support Crew onboarding and ongoing development.
