- Organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Oversee hiring, training, and scheduling of staff to meet sales and profit goals.
- Support new employees and motivate existing staff throughout their tenure.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting.
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and willingness to work in a dynamic workplace.
- Age 18 or older.
