Responsibilities

• Lead important internal functions such as Employee Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
• Delegate tasks to team members and report back results
• Support the General Manager in achieving restaurant performance and quality standards in three areas: Kitchen, People, and Service
• Ensure safe and efficient operations of the restaurant through partnership with the restaurant team

Requirements

• Previous managerial experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive attitude and flexibility with schedules
• Passion for working in a fast-paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to qualify
