Responsibilities
- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, execute sales promotions effectively, train service staff in procedures, and organize Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service.
- Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure the restaurant delivers high-quality food quickly and safely, controls food costs, and trains kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
- People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew, train them effectively, and schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals. Ensure crew members are recognized, motivated, and supported throughout their employment.
Requirements
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
- Positive team player with a flexible schedule and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
