Requirements
- Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit
- Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
- Set goals, delegate tasks to teams, follow up, and report results back to the team and other managers
- Guest Service Department Manager: Ensure Crew and Managers deliver a great customer experience; execute sales promotions; train all service staff in service procedures; maintain Front Counter, McCafé, and Drive-Thru areas for optimal service
- Kitchen Department Manager: Ensure consistent delivery of great quality food quickly; maintain food safety at all times; control food costs; train kitchen staff in production procedures including new menu items
- People Department Manager: Hire qualified crew; provide thorough training; schedule staff to meet sales and profit goals; support new crew members during onboarding; recognize and motivate crew throughout their employment
- Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
- Positive team players with flexible schedules who thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Must be 18 years or older
