About the role

The Department Director of Vocational Services, with the leadership of the Executive Director, is responsible to the individuals supported for ensuring job readiness training, workshop contract opportunities, adult retirement day services and other programs as service delivery opportunities present themselves.

Responsibilities

• Ensure job readiness training, workshop contract opportunities, adult retirement day services and other programs as service delivery opportunities present themselves.
• Provide overall management and leadership for the entire Vocational Department.
• Maintain effective relationships with the Bucks County MH/DP Office and all other funding and regulatory sources.
• Ensure full compliance at all times with 2380/2390, Department of Aging, Provider Monitoring, DOH, and QA&I regulations.
