Department Chair - Family Medicine

Seeking a visionary leader to serve as Chair of the Family Medicine department within a top-ranked health system. The role involves developing and implementing strategic plans to ensure quality, safety, efficiency, patient experience, and staff satisfaction, collaborating with clinical, administrative, and research teams. Provide operational, clinical, and financial oversight across multiple regions, ensuring performance targets and resource allocation.Promote standardization of care, foster staff engagement, and build a culture of recognition, diversity, and development.Lead recruitment, represent the department in enterprise meetings, and build relationships across sites to enhance practice operations and culture.Support research and education initiatives, manage performance reviews, and align departmental goals with institutional priorities.Exemplify core values, demonstrate strong leadership, and build partnerships with stakeholders at all levels.Maintain an active clinical practice, with qualifications including board certification in Family Medicine and medical licensure in Wisconsin and/or Minnesota.
