Job Summary
General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI), an affiliate of General Atomics, is a world leader in remotely piloted aircraft and tactical reconnaissance radars. The Department Assistant position supports finance, purchasing, or human resources or project/business/technical units.
About the Role
Supports personnel with travel arrangements and expenses. Manages requests for IT equipment during on-boarding and off-boarding periods. Manages office supplies for personnel across multiple locations. Prepares requested reports and presentations. Maintains confidentiality and observes company policies.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years experience in a related field
- Engineering environment experience preferred
- Ability to grasp new concepts quickly

- Computer operation and application proficiency
- Independent and team environment workability
