Summary

You’ll play a key role in supporting both people and operations across the department. Partner with leadership to plan and support department goals and initiatives[1]. Help coordinate day-to-day operations so teams can work efficiently[2]. Support budgeting and track financial activities[3]. Assist with staffing processes, scheduling, and general personnel support[4]. Organize meetings, materials, and communications for leaders and teams[5]. Contribute to clinical, research, or program initiatives by keeping projects moving forward[6]. Identify opportunities to improve workflows and solve problems proactively[7].

The starting annual salary for this position is $103,870 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Required

  • Education and Experience
  • Master’s degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role;[14]
  • or Bachelor’s degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role;[15]
  • or Associate’s degree and the equivalent of seven (7) years of full-time experience in an academic, business, healthcare, scientific or related administration setting, including eighteen (18) months experience in a supervisory, consultative, managerial or executive role.[16]

Note

Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.[17]
