Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients with the support of your team.
• Utilize DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in ongoing training for OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency management.
• Work in a practice with a ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider.
• Treat a patient base primarily consisting of ages 3-21 and up to 30% adults, depending on location.
• Manage an office flow of approximately 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients per day.
• Handle a mix of state insurance plans, PPOs, and out-of-network payors.

Qualifications

• Hold a DDS or DMD from an accredited dental education program.
• Have a current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or be eligible for licensure.
• Be CPR certified.
• Have DEA certification (only required in certain locations).
• Have Nitrous Oxide certification (only required in specific locations).
• Have other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
