Dentist - $50,000 sign-on bonus

About the role

We are actively seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team. This position supports our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community and helps us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Provide dental services to patients under the supervision of licensed dentists.
• Support the team in maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Participate in morning huddles and team-building activities.
• Collaborate with hygienists, dental assistants, and other support staff to ensure efficient patient care.
• Adhere to state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payor mix.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
• A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligibility for licensure.
• Other certifications as required - CPR, DEA, etc.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).

Skills

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of DentaPro software and digital x-ray and Panorex units.
• Experience with fiber-optic handpieces.
