About the Role
Join Benevis as an Associate Dentist and support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community, creating smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. With a patient base that is 70% or more children, you’ll have the opportunity to make a significant impact while working in a fun, compassionate environment.
Our practice is equipped with DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces. You’ll work with a dedicated team including 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider. The office flow averages 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients daily, serving primarily ages 3-21 with up to 30% adult population, depending on location. Our payor mix includes state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network options.

Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality dental services to patients, primarily children (70% or more of the patient base) and adults.
- Participate in morning huddles, plan your day, and collaborate with your team to foster a positive and supportive work environment.
- Engage in community activities to promote a positive image of the company.
- Highlight examples of customer focus, collaboration, and goal achievement within the team.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation.
- Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the states where care is provided or eligibility for licensure.
- Other certifications as required, such as CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (required in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA).
- Compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.
