About the Role

The Traveling Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to diverse patient populations, primarily children and young adults, across multiple locations. They support community health initiatives, promote a positive image, and work collaboratively with a team that emphasizes teamwork and patient focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dental services supported by a team, ensuring adherence to regulations and company standards.
• Participate in team activities like morning huddles, planning, and recognition.
• Maintain high ethical standards and compliance with all policies.
• Support community engagement and patient education efforts.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program; valid dental license or eligibility.
• Certifications such as CPR, DEA, and Nitrous Oxide (where applicable).
• Compassionate with a strong desire to serve children and adults.
• Ability to cover specified geographic areas within the region.

Practice Environment & Equipment

• Utilizes digital x-ray, Panorex, fiber-optic handpieces, and practice management software.
• Teams include hygienists and assistants.
• Patient base mainly aged 3-21, and up to 30% adults.
