About the Role

An Associate Dentist provides high-quality dental care to patients, primarily children and young adults, in a supportive, team-oriented environment. They support the mission to deliver accessible, affordable, and compassionate dental services, contributing to community health and creating positive patient experiences.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dental treatments using advanced tools such as digital x-ray, Panorex, and fiber-optic handpieces.
• Participate in team activities like morning huddles, patient care planning, and promoting a positive community image.
• Provide care to a varied patient demographic, predominantly ages 3-21, with some adult patients.
• Support a workflow involving hygienists and dental assistants, managing 10-12 operative and 20-25 hygiene patients daily.
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols, supported by ongoing training.

Requirements

• DDS/DMD from an accredited program and valid licensure in applicable states.
• Certifications including CPR, DEA, and nitrous oxide (where applicable).
• Strong compassion and desire to serve both children and adults.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and promote patient-centered care.
