About the Role
An Associate Dentist provides comprehensive dental care to patients, primarily children and young adults, supporting the mission to deliver high-quality, accessible, and affordable dental services in a compassionate environment. The role involves collaborating with a team that includes hygienists and dental assistants, utilizing digital tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray and Panorex units, and fiber-optic handpieces.
Responsibilities
- Performing dental procedures and patient care with a focus on community health.
- Participating in team activities like morning huddles, planning daily schedules, and promoting positive team dynamics.
- Providing patient education and ensuring excellent patient experiences.
- Maintaining compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program.
- Valid dental license and necessary certifications (CPR, DEA, Nitrous Oxide where required).
- Strong desire to work with children and adults, demonstrating compassion and teamwork.
