About the role
Provide high-quality dental care to a diverse patient base, primarily children and young adults aged 3-21, with support from a collaborative team. Focus on creating positive patient experiences and fostering teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Deliver dental services using advanced tools such as DentaPro software, digital x-ray, and fiber-optic handpieces.
- Participate in team activities like morning huddles, planning, and promoting a positive community image.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and emergency protocols.
- Engage in ongoing training, mentoring, and professional development.
Requirements
- DDS/DMD from an accredited program and valid licensure in the practice state.
- Certifications including CPR, DEA, and optionally Nitrous Oxide (where applicable).
- Strong compassion, patient-focused attitude, and enjoyment working with children and adults.
