Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve clinical processes to enhance patient outcomes
- Develop and implement treatment plans that meet patient needs
- Stay updated with the latest dental advancements through continuous education
- Educate and mentor other clinicians in best practices
- Collaborate with the team to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
Qualifications
- Proven experience in clinical leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay
$230,000 to $300,000 annually, including a $15,000 signing bonus and relocation stipend.
