Dentist (DDS/DMD) - 1 Day per Week

Responsibilities

• Provides dental care and treatment to referred patients in accordance with facility regulations and standards.
• Performs routine cleaning, restorative dentistry, and extractions as needed.
• Evaluates patients' dental care needs and makes clinically appropriate recommendations.
• Takes impressions for dental appliances and instructs patients in good dental hygiene techniques.
• Maintains accurate and confidential patient records and provides in-service training for health staff members.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Graduate from an accredited school of dental medicine.
• Experience: One year of experience in general dentistry preferred.
• Licenses/Certifications: Must have and maintain current licensure as a dentist within the state of employment. Must obtain and maintain CPR certification.

Schedule

On Friday for an 8-hour shift weekly.
