Office hours: Monday – Thursday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM.

Requirements

• DMD or DDS from an accredited U.S. program.
• Active State Dental License.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Willingness to obtain a Real ID for base access.
• Pass background (criminal & malpractice), urinalysis, applicable testing, shots, physical exam, and vaccinations.
• Conditional offer subject to background check and drug screening; E‑Verify used in hiring process.
