Dentist - 2-3 days per week

About the role

Jacksonville, FL 32206 – 4+ months contract. Work environment: Dental Center. Computer software: EagleSoft Electronic Oral Health Record and HMS (Health Management System). Dress code: Medical scrubs.

Responsibilities

• Providing a full range of general dental services including comprehensive dental exams, preventive services, restorations, removable complete and partial dentures, and extractions within the scope of a general dentist.

Requirements

• Must be a fully enrolled Florida Medicaid Provider.
• Credentialed with DentaQuest Dental Insurance.
• Credentialed with Liberty Dental Insurance.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree.
• Active Florida Dental License.

Skills

• 1 year experience providing a full range of general dental services.
