Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding treatment options and procedures.
  • Develop and present clear, personalized treatment options that inspire confidence.
  • Offer clear and affordable financing options to ensure treatment is accessible for all patients.
  • Cook up patient appointments, ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records, including care plans and medical histories.
  • Utilize dental terminology to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Aid in developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
  • Manage office tasks such as clerical duties, filing, and maintaining organized records.
  • Process patient information with accuracy using 10-key typing skills for data entry.
  • Support coding processes for insurance claims and billing purposes.
  • Provide exceptional patient service by addressing concerns promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • A strong background in patient service, focused on creating positive experiences for individuals seeking care.
  • Previous experience as a dental treatment coordinator or in a similar role within a healthcare setting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dental terminology to ensure clear communication regarding treatments and procedures.
  • Proficiency in office management practices, demonstrating organizational skills that enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while effectively managing individual responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
