About the role
We are seeking a Dental Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact in our dental clinics, ensuring a welcoming and patient-centered experience.
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and greeting patients
- Managing schedules and verifying insurance
- Aiding with billing and maintaining patient records
- Cooking up appointments, handling referrals, following up on communications, and supporting clinic operations
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED
- PREFERRED: Experience in healthcare settings
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) and proficiency with computer programs are advantageous
