Position Overview
- Full Time Patient Coordinator
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Reports to the Office Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Greet every patient and visitor with warmth and professionalism
- Coordinate patient check-in and check-out
- Schedule appointments and maintain a clean, accurate calendar
- Conduct insurance verification and pre-authorizations
- Provide additional support across daily front-office operations as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a fast-paced dental office with HMO and PPO insurance
- Experience with dental practice management software (Dentrix preferred)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
