Dental Practice Manager

Position Summary

We are seeking a Dental Practice Operations Manager to support and lead our dental practice. This role involves empowering the dental team to deliver a best-in-class dental experience to our patients, seeing lives change, and contributing to the community.

About the Role

You will oversee the business operations of the patient journey, including patient scheduling, reception, patient experience, visit completion, and patient return. You will lead a team of practice team members to enhance the patient experience and contribute to the overall success of the practice.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient scheduling and reception
• Support the patient experience and visit completion
• Lead a team to change lives, one smile at a time
• Welcome patients and guide them through their journey to oral health and happiness
• Play a key role in donating proceeds from Tooth Whitening services to local Colorado charities

Qualifications

• Previous experience (3 + years) as the office/practice manager of a busy service-oriented multi-specialty dental practice
• A demonstrated commitment to an exemplary employee and patient experience
• A demonstrated ability to have fun, lead bravely, and create greatness
• A degree (Associates or Bachelor) with 3+ years of relevant experience
• Familiarity or experience with dental practice management systems (preferably Dentrix/Ascend)
• Knowledge and understanding of dental practice operations and management
• Experience with managerial and financial reporting and financial principles
