About the role
Join our established and growing dental practice as a Dental Office Receptionist. We’re looking for an experienced and dependable professional to support front office operations and provide excellent service to our patients.
Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional front office experience
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
- Assist with insurance verification, billing, collections, and account follow-up
- Support patient check-in/check-out and daily front desk operations
- Help keep the front desk area organized and welcoming
- Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to support patient care
Requirements
- 2–3 years of dental front office experience preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, scheduling, and patient coordination
- Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
