Dental Office Manager Job Summary

The Dental Office Manager (OM) is responsible for monitoring and managing the operations of a single location within the Star Dental Partners (SDP) affiliated network of dental practices. The OM focuses on enhancing practice level efficiencies and growth in collaboration with the SDP support team and the primary dentist of the practice. They work closely with the Regional Director of Operations (RDO) to drive a positive team culture and achieve positive practice results.

Work Environment/Conditions
