About the role

In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, getting supplies and navigating other operational expenses
  • Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
  • Making sure staff are trained on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties and compliance

Qualifications

  • At least one year of experience as an office manager in a Dental office
  • Experience leading a team
  • Knowledge of dental terminology
