About the Role

In this role, you'll support our mission of Smiles For Everyone® by overseeing daily operations, fostering a positive patient experience, and supporting the success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing patient scheduling, managing collections and receivables, and navigating other operational expenses
• Keeping an eye on staff productivity and supporting the team where necessary
• Managing staff trainings on patient care, equipment monitoring, maintenance duties, and compliance
• Getting supplies

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an office manager in a dental office
• Experience leading a team
• Knowledge of dental terminology

Schedule

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday

Pay

$62,000 - $67,000 per year
