Dental Office Manager

Lead a modern practice. Lead a team that lives up to it. Sage Dental is seeking a Dental Office Manager to lead the daily operations of one of our growing practices. If you've run a busy dental office before — especially a multi-dentist practice — and you're ready to do it with the backing of the leading DSO in the Southeast, this is the role for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations, hitting Sage's operational and clinical performance goals
• Build, coach, and develop a high-performing front and back-office team
• Implement Sage policies, procedures, and operational best practices
• Resolve patient and staff escalations professionally and quickly
• Partner with regional leadership on staffing, growth, and quality initiatives

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in a fast-paced dental practice (multi-dentist preferred)
• Working knowledge of dental insurance plans (HMO, PPO, fee-for-service)
• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

Schedule

• Full Time
• Monday–Friday, in-office

Reports to the Director of Market Operations. P&L and team-performance accountability.
