About the role

As a Dental Office Manager (Operations Manager at Aspen Dental), you will lead office operations to support doctors, create lasting impressions, and build trust and loyalty with patients. You’ll participate in an extensive ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge for success and growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards
• Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff
• Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payment and collection, and ensure high-quality care
• Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plans to support business goals, and create strategies to increase profitability
• Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to optimize patient experience and business performance
• Additional tasks as required

Requirements

• Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports
• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• People-centric leader who motivates and inspires others
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
• Demonstrated analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making

Pay

$55,000 - $60,000 per year, plus monthly and quarterly incentive earnings.
