Dental Office Manager

We’re searching for an Office Manager to lead our Bright Now! Dental team in Bellingham, WA. In this role, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice—overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting treatment planning, guiding a talented team, and ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day front and back office operations, ensuring smooth patient flow and exceptional patient experiences
- Provide strong leadership to the front office team, including treatment coordination support and coaching for case acceptance
- Guide and support team members in meeting daily and monthly practice goals
- Ensure accurate scheduling, collections, receivables, and cost management
- Oversee treatment planning workflows and partner with clinical team on financial presentations
- Lead staff training on patient experience, compliance, and office protocols
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative team culture that supports high-quality care
- Maintain office organization, performance metrics, and alignment with Smile Brands policies
Requirements
- Dental office leadership experience OR senior dental front office experience
- Strong understanding of treatment planning, insurance benefits, and case acceptance processes
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and patient communication
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
Pay
$80,168 - $82,000 per year
Schedule
Monday - Friday
