Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily operations, including staff management, scheduling, and ensuring efficient workflow.
- Cook up patient appointments, manage patient records, and ensure a seamless administrative process.
- Work closely with dental providers to ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality dental care.
- Train and mentor staff members, providing guidance and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain inventory, order supplies, and ensure equipment is properly maintained and functional.
- Provide exemplary customer service and address patient concerns promptly and professionally.
- Aid with billing, insurance claims, and financial reporting as needed.
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and uphold clinic policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Previous office management experience in a dental or healthcare setting is required.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of effectively managing a team and fostering their growth and development.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using dental practice management software (desired) and Microsoft Office Suite (essential).
- Demonstrated commitment to patient care and satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work 5 days a week until 7 pm and be available on weekends sometimes.
