About the Role

Lifetime Dental Care is seeking an experienced Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our growing pediatric and family dental practice. This position is ideal for a proven leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, enjoys building high-performing teams, creating exceptional patient experiences, and developing systems that help an organization grow.

As our Office Manager, you will serve as the operational leader of the practice by:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing administrative and clinical support team
  • Creating an exceptional patient experience
  • Managing daily office operations, workflow, and team productivity
  • Driving accountability through KPIs, reporting, and performance coaching
  • Overseeing scheduling efficiency, patient flow, and production goals
  • Managing insurance, billing, collections, and financial systems
  • Recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
  • Developing office systems, policies, and standard operating procedures
  • Leading team meetings and fostering positive communication and collaboration
  • Maintaining regulatory compliance, HIPAA, OSHA, and office standards
  • Managing vendors, inventory, and facility operations
  • Supporting doctors so they can focus on providing outstanding patient care

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of dental office management experience preferred
  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience required
  • Strong knowledge of dental insurance and billing
  • Experience with scheduling, collections, treatment planning, and financial arrangements
  • Experience using dental management software
  • Working knowledge of both front office and clinical workflows
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
