$58,000 - $62,000 per year + monthly and quarterly incentive earnings

Responsibilities
- Lead the office in all operations to support doctors and build trust and loyalty with patients
- Participate in an extensive, ten-week training program to gain business and leadership knowledge
- Provide superior patient service with compassion and care in accordance with patient needs, company policies, government regulations, and dental board standards
- Hire, develop, manage, and retain office staff
- Consult with patients on treatment options, verify insurance payments, and ensure high-quality care
- Review monthly business results, manage profit and loss, align sales plans to support business goals, and create strategies to increase profitability
- Prepare and lead daily huddles with the team to optimize patient experience and business performance
- Additional tasks as required
Requirements
- Minimum of one year managing a team of direct reports
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making
