About the role
Clover Health is seeking a Dental Network Growth Associate to support the growth and management of Clover’s dental provider network for our Medicare Advantage business. The role focuses on recruiting new dental practices and building strong relationships with participating providers.
Responsibilities
- Support provider recruitment efforts by identifying, outreach to, and engaging dental practices in priority markets.
- Aid in executing provider contracts, including coordinating documentation, tracking progress, and supporting negotiations.
- Build and maintain strong provider relationships post-contracting, serving as a day-to-day point of contact for participating practices.
- Help onboard new providers, ensuring they understand Clover processes, expectations, and resources.
- Track recruitment pipeline activity and maintain accurate records of provider outreach and contracting status.
- Support provider issue resolution, escalating operational or contractual concerns as needed.
- Aid in developing outreach materials and communication strategies to attract and retain providers.
- Monitor provider engagement and contribute to initiatives that improve provider satisfaction and network performance.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in healthcare, provider relations, sales, account management, or network development (dental or healthcare experience preferred but not required).
- Comfortable with outbound outreach and relationship-building with external partners.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate tracking of work.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building new processes.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania regularly.

Pay
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is $92,000 - $120,000 USD.
Schedule
This is a field-based role that requires regular travel throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania to support provider outreach, recruitment, and relationship management.
