Key Responsibilities
- Predicate Analysis: Interpret dental prescriptions accurately to meet exact anatomical specifications and shade requirements.
- Prosthetic Finishing: Utilize hand tools and rotary instruments to meticulously contour, trim, characterize, and polish full-arch prosthetics.
- Quality & Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to laboratory workflows and safety guidelines to maintain superior product standards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with peers and lab leadership to streamline full-arch production processes.
- Functional Testing: Assess prosthesis fit, bite alignment, and overall functionality using articulators and bite tables.
- Material Processing: Remove excess material and refine surface finishes of frameworks using automated polishing machinery.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, maintain, and calibrate specialized finishing tools, handpieces, and lab workstations daily.
- Adaptive Duties: Complete additional laboratory tasks and assignments as requested by management.

Education & Experience Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent secondary school credential.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hands-on dental laboratory experience.
- Certification: Certified Dental Technician (CDT) designation is highly preferred.
