Cosmetic Dentistry of Hayward has been serving the community for nearly 40 years. We are seeking a dedicated Insurance Coordinator to join our full-time family and help us continue our mission of providing world-class patient care.

Responsibilities

• Master the Claims Process: Manage insurance submissions, track aging reports, and ensure claims are processed accurately.
• Empower Patients: Perform verifications and calculate patient portions so there are no surprises at the front desk.
• Keep the Day Flowing: Support the front office by answering phones and scheduling our wonderful patients.
• Collaborate: Work closely with a team that values "team care" just as much as patient care.

Requirements

• Dental Insurance Expertise: You have a solid background in dental insurance (required).
• A Detailed Eye: You enjoy getting things right the first time and keeping our data organized.
• A Team Player: You have a positive attitude and a "how can I help?" mindset.
• Communication Skills: You can explain complex insurance details to patients with kindness and clarity.
