Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement patient care plans following industry guidelines
• Manage patient schedules to ensure comprehensive care and education
• Collaborate with the dental team to provide exceptional patient services
• Utilize advanced technology such as intra-oral scanners and voice-activated tools
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development, including free CE courses
• Support patient education and promote oral health

Qualifications & Skills

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution
• Active dental hygiene license in the practicing state
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build rapport with diverse patients
