Dental Hygienist

About the role

Inspira Dental Care in Winston-Salem is growing and adding a full-time Hygienist to support an expanding patient base. We’re looking for a licensed clinician who brings solid clinical judgment, steady communication, and respect for patient time and comfort. You’ll work closely with dentists and assistants who plan together, stay organized, and keep treatment moving without chaos or drama.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with dentists and assistants to plan and execute treatment
• Provide preventive dental care and patient education
• Perform routine oral examinations and cleanings
• Assess patients' oral health and make recommendations for further care
• Document patient visits and treatment plans accurately
• Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues

Requirements

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in North Carolina
• At least 2 years of experience in a dental setting
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene preferred
• Current license to practice as a Dental Hygienist in North Carolina
